The co-existence of two routes created potential for confusion and disharmony. With business imperatives added to the mix – compliance, regulatory and DfT requirements, plus the limitations of various technologies, an integrated approach to brand communication quickly became urgent.
Working with Virgin Trains Group and both East and West Coast franchises, we created a logical brand communication approach, applicable from national advertising to platform announcements and everything in between.
